About this Job

We are currently seeking an energetic and organized individual with a knack for numbers and a problem solver that can help manage vendor relationships and the multiple moving assets for numerous clients. A person with a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn from the ground up will have endless opportunities in our growing organization.  We are willing to train, educate and coach an individual with no prior career experience if the intangibles of hard work and ‘can do’ attitude are in place.  In this position, each day is fast paced and requires being able to manage multiple moving parts at any given time.  You will be working and collaborating with all people in the company along with outside print vendors so flexibility and communication skills are a key attribute.  You’ll have an opportunity to leave your mark in our fast-growing agency.


  • Manage and update control format library
  • Route vendor proofs and approvals to account managers
  • Update and route Informed Delivery ads
  • Assist in quoting packages with vendors, collecting data and presenting to Director of Production
  • Attend weekly vendor and strategists’ meetings
  • Update and maintain QC checklist
  • Enter vendor POs into the SeQuel’s Internal operating system and confirm accuracy
  • Generate lettershop matrices for vendors



2 or 4 year college degree or 2 years print production experience


Professional Skills and Abilities:

  • Excel proficiency
  • Self-starter who is excited to learn and/or perform all aspects of direct mail production
  • Flexibility and being able to improvise where necessary
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multitask and prioritize daily/weekly/monthly tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An overall team player willing to show initiative and go the extra mile to ensure smooth operations
